Common questions about using itty.
A free tool for creating short links, QR codes, and Itty Pages (link-in-bio pages) — with click analytics included on every plan. See the About page for more.
No. Visiting itty gives you a working guest account automatically, tied to your browser, so you can create links right away. Signing up later turns that same guest account into a full one — everything you've already created carries over.
From the dashboard, pick the "Short Link" tab, paste a destination URL, and submit. You'll get a short link back immediately, along with a QR code for it.
Every short link and Itty Page gets a free QR code automatically — the "QR Code" tab on the dashboard is really the same form as "Short Link," just framed around the code itself. To customize it, open the item's edit page: you can change its color, pick a dot/corner style (Classic, Rounded, Dots, or Classy), and upload a logo to sit in the middle. Pasting a destination URL that matches a known platform (like facebook.com or instagram.com) will even suggest a matching color and style automatically.
A single link that opens a small page listing all of your links at once — social profiles, a shop, anything you'd normally put in a bio. Build one from the "Itty Page" tab: give it a name, pick a theme, and add as many links as you want.
Yes — use the "Bulk Upload" tab and upload a CSV. Each row becomes a link, QR code, or page; rows sharing the same name are grouped into a single Itty Page with multiple links. A sample CSV is available from that tab if you want to see the expected format.
Open the link set from your dashboard to see total visits, QR scans vs. link clicks, and last-visit times for each item. A geographic breakdown of visits is available on the Business plan.
Open the link set containing the item, then use the edit or delete action next to it. Deleting a batch removes everything inside it, including its analytics history.
That's decided when the item is created and can't be changed afterward — the short link or QR code may already be out in the world by the time you'd want to switch it, so itty keeps that consistent rather than letting it flip types silently. Delete and recreate the item if you need the other kind.
Yes — unlimited items and unlimited analytics history on every plan, including free, with no expiring history window. Paid plans add things like a custom back-half for your links and geographic analytics; see Pricing for details.
