Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of itty.gg (the "Service"), operated by itty ("we", "us", "our"). By creating a link, QR code, or Itty Page, or by otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

itty lets you create short links, QR codes, and simple landing pages ("Itty Pages"), along with basic analytics about visits to the things you create. Some features are offered on a guest basis without an account, and some require signing up.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for anything that happens under your account. Guest sessions tied to a browser can be upgraded into a full account at any time; doing so carries over what you've already created.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, host, redirect to, or distribute anything that:

• Is used for phishing, or otherwise impersonates a person, brand, or organization to deceive people;
• Distributes malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or facilitates unauthorized access to any system;
• Sends spam, or is part of an unsolicited bulk messaging campaign;
• Is illegal, or facilitates illegal activity, in the places you or your audience are located;
• Infringes someone else's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Harasses, threatens, or targets any person or group;
• Attempts to circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or other technical restrictions of the Service; or
• Otherwise puts the Service, its infrastructure, or other users at risk.

This list is illustrative, not exhaustive — using the Service in a way that's clearly abusive or harmful, even if not explicitly listed above, is still a violation of these Terms.

4. Enforcement and account termination

We reserve the full right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to remove, disable, or delete any link, QR code, Itty Page, or other content, and to suspend or permanently terminate any account, if we believe it violates Section 3 or otherwise misuses the Service. We're not obligated to provide a reason, a warning, or an opportunity to appeal before doing so, though you're welcome to reach out if you believe an action was taken in error.

We may also preserve relevant records as needed to investigate abuse or respond to legal process, and may report illegal activity (such as phishing) to relevant platforms, registrars, or law enforcement.

You can stop using the Service and delete your own content at any time from your dashboard.

5. Your content

You're solely responsible for the destinations, pages, names, and other content you create through the Service. We don't pre-screen content before it's created, but we may remove content that violates these Terms whenever we become aware of it.

6. Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, itty will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
